If you'd like to heal your marriage and restore the trust and connection, then reading this letter will be one of the best investments you could make in your relationship...
You've deleted the apps. Made the promises. Had the hard conversations with your wife. You've distracted yourself. You've white-knuckled through good weeks — sometimes good months.
And then a hard day hits. You relapse and you're right back where you started.
If nothing changes, six months from now you'll be in the exact same place. Same guilt. Same secret. Same cycle.
You go weeks clean — then one stressful day wipes it all out
You've tried to distract yourself, but the urges keep nagging and you just give in so you can focus on your day again
You're a good man on the outside carrying a secret on the inside
You're terrified of hurting your wife again
Part of you wants to quit and part of you doesn't — and you can't explain why
You're starting to lose hope and wonder if this is just who you are
After you relapse, you tell yourself, "I know better! I know what I should have done when I was triggered, so WHY DIDN'T I DO IT!?"
Call someone.
Leave the room.
Distract yourself.
Put your phone down.
Go on a walk.
Exercise.
Deep breathing
Journaling.
But there's one major problem with all of those tools –
They kick in AFTER you're already triggered.
But by then, it's too late. You're already in the cycle at that point.
You're already thinking about porn, you already feel the pull, and now you're using willpower to stop yourself.
Even if you get through that moment, the urge eventually just comes back. So you end up fighting the same battle over and over.
The urge isn't the beginning of the problem. There's an underlying root cause that triggers the urges.
The underlying issues start much earlier — with stress, the pressure of life, boredom, being alone, and a 10+ year habit all pulling at you.
And unless you get a totally new set of tools that resolves the root cause, the urges will just keep coming back.
That's why every tool you use AFTER you're triggered is too late.
They never address what created the urge.
You're trying to use effort and discipline to stop a train after it's already flying down the track.
There's a better way to quit porn that actually will work.
Instead of asking, "What should I do when I have an urge?" I want to help you answer a different question:
"Why am I having this urge in the first place?"
When a room fills with smoke, you can fan the smoke away. It helps for a minute, and then the smoke comes back, because the fire is still burning.
Willpower, filters, and distraction are the fanning.
The other way is to put out the fire. Once it's out, the smoke goes away on its own.
Your urge is the smoke. What creates it is the fire.
In this workshop, you'll learn how to put out the fire.
The tools I teach help you address the root cause before you're triggered, so the urge loses it's all of it's power.
Here's what that looks like side by side:
In the workshop, I'll teach it to you and help you start using it on your own urges.
This is a live, hands-on session.
I'll teach the root-cause approach first. Then we'll work on real urges, starting with yours, and I'll answer your questions and give you personal feedback along the way.
Here's what we'll work on:
You were fine at 4 PM, and by 10 PM you relapsed but can't explain why or how
The urge feels like it came out of nowhere, and you gave in even though you tried to stop
After a slip, you felt guilty and ashamed. You wondered if this is just who you are since you've struggled for so long
You want to understand yourself, break this pattern for good, and not struggle with urges anymore
We'll identify exactly what's really driving all of it for you. Not in some general way, but for you specifically.
There are lots of possible issues that are beneath the surface. My job in the workshop is to make sure you know exactly what your biggest drivers are before we finish.
There are times when you've felt like a failure, and porn felt like the only thing that could take the edge off
Some urges hit at the same time and place every time, like in bed with your phone or home alone, even on days when nothing was wrong
Some come after a lonely weekend with nobody to talk to
You go weeks clean, then one bad day takes you back to square one again
If you're feeling triggered, there's always a reason. I'll walk you the process to figure out what it is for every time you get triggered.
Outdated recovery methods will teach you tools for AFTER you're already triggered distract yourself.
In the workshop, I'll teach you how to address the root cause before you're triggered, so the urge loses it's all of it's power.
You've tried the blockers, the apps, and the cold showers, and they sometimes help a little bit
The urges just won't go away because you can't get it off your mind, so you give in so you can focus on your day again
You've white-knuckled your way through an urge and ended the night exhausted, then the urge just came right back again
You're tired of just resisting and hoping that the urge will go away before it wears you down and you give in
The tools I teach help you address the root cause before you're triggered, so the urge loses it's all of it's power.
There are lots of triggering moments that have unresolved root issues underneath them.
You're awake alone and it's late, the house is quiet
You come home after a bad day at work, wired and worn out.
It’s Sunday night and the stress of the upcoming week is already weighing on you.
You’re alone in a hotel room on a business trip.
You are bored so you check social media. You tell yourself that you won't go too far.
The guilt after a slip follows you into the next day. You already messed up so you tell yourself it doesn't matter if you do it again
Once you identify the underlying roots and situations that set you up to fail, you build your plan around those moments and resolve the core issues that trigger your relapses.
Your own personalized, detailed outline of what your main root causes are, written down
The most effective tools you need to apply to resolve them
A short plan for your risky moments so don't get caught off guard again
A clear answer to "Why do I keep doing this?" that finally makes sense
A written map of what happens in the hours before your urges, so the next one doesn't catch you off guard
A plan for your most triggering moments, like awake late at night or a hotel room on a trip, so you're not deciding in the middle of it
A plan for the day after a slip, so one bad night doesn't turn into a bad week
Imagine having a stressful day at work, and that stress doesn't turn into an urge for porn that night, because you know how to deal with it.
Say you have a rough week with no one to talk to or a night alone feeling like you're behind in life.
Or you feel overwhelmed, lonely, or like you're not enough, and those feelings don't automatically send you toward the same pull anymore.
We all have hard days in life. We feel stressed or rejected sometimes. But those things don't have to keep turning into urges for porn.
That's where the sense of freedom comes from.
You can have a hard day, but you use different tools to process everything in a healthy way that resolves the pressure.

No! I've done over 15,000 therapy sessions, and there's nothing you could say that I haven't heard. There's no judgment here. I truly understand this problem and just want to help.
This workshop will be very different than any other approach you've learned about. I designed my own frameworks and method because I saw how ineffective the traditional approach has been for men.
